SUPPORT
The "Life-time Expert Customer Care with 3 Year Limited Warranty" covers labor costs for 3 years and Out-Dated part replacement service directly from PcHub's inventory for 1 year. After the first year, PcHub will help replace any Out-Dated for the customer as long as those parts are still under warranty with the manufacture. Certain components are covered usually from 3-5 years from the manufacture.
UPGRADES
PcHub gives the customer the freedom to upgrade his or her computer system. If you would like PcHub to upgrade your system for you, YOU will be responsible for shipping costs back and forth, labor costs will be covered to install the hardware in the PC (except custom requests such as installing waterblocks on components or other modifications outside the normal installation process). Please note, if the customer begins to experience issues after the upgrade the customer must remove the suspected hardware in order to obtain warranty service and support. PcHub will not offer warranty service for hardware that is not purchased directly.
